Things to Remember:
- You must be logged in before clicking through any link to ensure your order tracks.
- Make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser.
- If you leave your shopping session or visit other sites before completing your purchase, we cannot guarantee your cashback as that can interfere with our tracking system.
- Check for any browser plug-ins or extensions that you may have that interrupt your shopping. These can also interfere with our tracking.
- Orders can take up to two business days before appearing in your account.
- Orders will initially appear as “pending” and will be reflected in your pending balance until they are confirmed and processed by the merchant.
- Some orders can take up to 60 days for full processing (subject to merchant’s return and cancellation policy).
- Confirmed cashback balances are paid out during the first week of the month for any balance of $10 or more.
- You can view your account balance and details at your My Cashback Account page.
